Canadian developers SinnStudio will release their physics-based medieval combat game Swordsman for Quest in the first quarter of 2022, but they haven’t gotten Oculus ‘ approval to do so in the main store, but will have to go through Mobile App.

The PC version of this game received mixed reviews in its release, but now its most recent ratings are mostly positive, thanks to successive patches that have fixed bugs and the arrival of new content (samurai, pirates) and game modes that make the experience now less repetitive. In the case of PlayStation VR, it has been on the list of the 10 most downloaded games for several months.

The Quest version, which will be sent to Oculus this week, will be very similar to those already released for other platforms, although closer to PSVR than PC. The strong point of this single player adventure is the great variety of weapons that we can use for hand-to-hand combat, weapons that we can improve in order to eliminate the captains of the evil Jötunn, a being that wants to enslave humanity. Swordsman cost today 16,79 € on Steam and a little more, 16,99 € in the Playstation VR store.
