We can’t complain about so many news! This week have arrived to our Oculus Quest 2 three amazing games and a free-to-play multiplayer shooter ❤
Song in the Smoke: the survival we (didn’t know we) needed
Yeah, we started with ” Song in the Smoke.” A survival with graphics that will make you fall in love illustrated by Katsuya Terada for Oculus Quest and Rift for€29.99. In this new adventure we will have to fight strange creatures and use all the elements of nature that are within our reach to survive the threats that surround us.
We can build our own weapons and clothes, make fire or even drink potions to defend ourselves from the predators around us. All this guided by our ancestors and with some creepy scene that will get us some scare 😀
1.9 Gb of weight they give us between 12 and 20 hours of play. This is something else! In addition, it is available in English and we can playing both standing and sitting. Here the trailer:
It is now available on the Oculus Store and features a average rating 4.6, although they have reported some punctual bug output (nothing that prevents play, not worry). But it’s a shame, because Oculus prevents uploading the first update of an App for up to two weeks. Start compensating for waiting 15 days to buy a launch.
Crazy Dojo Unleashed: a Mario Party in VR
One of the craziest and funniest games for Oculus Quest.
In Loco Dojo Unleashed we will have a board of 16 mini-games in which to compete with up to 3 friends or strangers online. We just have to spin the wheel and see what test we get!
We leave you with the trailer, very well done by the way!
The best thing about this game is that, unlike other options that are right now for the Quest, Loco Dojo also has an individual option: the 10 tests of the Great Sensei.
Now available for 19,99€.
Shadowgate: a classic, in VR
Shadowgate VR: The Mines of Mythrok is available from this week for€ 24.99 for Oculus Quest. Y the first reviews are very positive, with a 4.5 GPA.
For those who do not remember, Shadowgate is a series of adventures that came out for the Amiga 500 from 1987 and that he had his later version for the NES and even his own book.
This time it seems that we are facing a new saga in Virtual Reality with 3 deliveries, called “Door of Shadows”, in which we will have to face enemies using our magic and solving puzzles and riddles. This is their official description:
“The first book of the Gate of Shadows saga, Shadowgate VR: The Mines of Mythrok, brings the hit adventure series to virtual reality! Enter the incredible fantasy world of Kal Torlin and enter this exciting action / adventure game made exclusively for Oculus Quest.
With Odin the Raven as your guide and three difficulty levels to suit your playstyle, it’s time to uncover the secrets of Mythrok’s Mines!»
To advance in the game, in addition to using our spells, we will go through dungeons and even ride the typical mining cars while we keep shooting (as if we were in the Epic Roller Coasters app but … better).
Gun Raiders: a free-to-play that promises
We close the review with Gun Raiders, a free multiplayer shooter already available for our viewers that has several game modes and that had already been in closed beta for a long time to go as polished as possible to the official store. And … looks like he made it.:
They also promise weekly updates, new maps and more game modes.
