The administration of the Achinsk intends to improve its performance through the use of SED “BOSS-Referent”
The company “Boss-Referent” has announced that its partner in the Krasnoyarsk territory – firm Sibintel – carries out work on introduction of electronic document management system (EDMS) “BOSS-Referent” in
of a city administration of Achinsk.
We will remind, the company “Boss-Referent” was formed in the group of companies “It” in the spring of the current year for the development and sales of the same name EDS.
According to the company-developer, in the autumn of this year, the administration of Achinsk has decided to create electronic document management system. As the basis for it was chosen
FOR “BOSS-Referent”, and the relevant work on the implementation and configuration entrusted “to Sibintel”.
In the first phase of the project, work on which should be completed in the first quarter of next year, the contractor shall automate “documentary” the activities of the three departments of the administration
city. This should be arranged 15 user workstations SED.
To date in the system storage of documents in electronic form. That is, in SED “BOSS-Referent” register of decisions, orders, minutes of meetings, contracts. According to the types of
documents are the assignment instructions in the administration and monitoring of performance discipline.
In the near future plan to begin registration of incoming and outgoing documentation with the possibility of creating assignments in incoming documents.
In the future it is planned to automate the work of employees of the administration with citizens. It is planned to increase the number of users SED “BOSS-Referent” in the administration of Achinsk.
