Making itself known as the solution to wiring problems and the option to transport our equipment in a much simpler way, MSI launches the pre-purchase of its ‘backpack’ adapted to virtual reality.
Last May, MSI it announced the launch of a computer focused on virtual reality so that the user could carry his equipment as if it were a backpack. Known as MSI VR One, the design tries to avoid the wiring problem by carrying the entire computer on our backs. This project seemed to be very innovative and the only viable option to improve our gameplay until HTC announced its wireless system. Will this hurt the sales of MSI’s VR One? Who knows.
If we have decided to pre-buy the new MSI computer, we should know that its price is around 2000€, offering a 2.7GHz Intel Core i7 processor and an Nvidia GTX 1060 graphics card along with 16GB of RAM and a 256GB SSD. In addition, there is a second version of approximately 2.300€, improving its characteristics, changing the graphics card to a GTX 1070 and the SSD hard drive to a 512GB one. Both versions come with a pair of batteries that offer around 1h 50m playing time.
As he tells us MSI, it is planned that these new devices will start shipping from the 30 November.
