The cars that do not circulate tomorrow Friday, 1°. of December, are the ones with blue gumming and last plate digit 9 or 0; as long as they have hologram 1 or 2, or are foreign.

What is the Hoy no circula program about?
The Hoy no circula program is an initiative activated in the Megalopolis of the Valley of Mexico whose objective is to force some cars to rest a few days a month. With this, we help the planet by reducing the carbon emissions of city vehicles and also to lighten the capital’s traffic.
