UIS SCS FSO willing to pay 30 million
on Thursday, 25 September, management of information systems Service of special communication and information of the Federal security service of the Russian Federation (UIS of Special communications and information FSO of Russia) announced the holding of two
public tenders in the field of information and communication technologies. The subject of one of them is the choice of the executor of the project on “Integration and implementation of software-technical complex
“Personal treatment” in a single information system of the office of the President of the Russian Federation on work with references of citizens with the requirements to information security” (Code – “PTK –
Treatment”).
This project was preceded by made in 2007 and experimental design work (OKR) “Development of software and hardware complex, providing fully functional training and graduation
personal appeals of the President of the Russian Federation”, the result of which was the creation of the prototype system and the adoption of it in operation.
The winner of the tender will have to perform the following work:
– upgrade automated system management of all stages of the release process Personal appeals;
– to upgrade SPO plot control PTK-PO (integral part of (as) “release Manager personal appeals”);
– to upgrade SPO maintenance section of konwertowania (putp phase konwertowania);
– to upgrade SPO plot send;
– upgrade the software of service of the plot print (plot pulp printing).
to create components as “the release Manager personal appeals”;
to modernize agriculture through control of documents;
– upgrade LAN PTK-AT;
– install on all computers and servers LAN CPE provided by the customer total software;
– to provide interaction of PTK-AT corporate network APRF;
– to prepare and coordinate the FTZ to conduct case studies as “release Manager personal appeals” subject to the requirements of section 4.3 of the technical requirements;
– to conduct case studies of SPO as “release Manager personal appeals”;
– set SPO developed on technological tools from PTC SOFTWARE.

In the second contest UIS SCS FSO of Russia is going to play right to the project on “Provision of information interaction of software systems of structural divisions
The administration of the President of the Russian Federation to support the activities of officials with interaction with the system of MEDO, case studies” (code –
“Support-PR”).
In the course of the work the winner will need to create a system of collection of information materials, their subsequent processing and presentation to the heads of administration and heads of independent
departments of the administration. This system should consist of five components:
– subsystem boot and primary processing (classifying and indexing) of incoming documents;
– storage of incoming documents;
workplace Manager;
– workplace employee Administration;
subsystem administration.
For this task UIS of Special communications and information FSO can pay up to 12 million RUB (details in the competition
documentation).
Applications for participation in both competitions will be accepted until October 28. To sum up the results of the auction the customer plans on November 18.
