It is now possible to develop content in Unity directly from our virtual reality viewer thanks to EditorVR, available for free for users with motion controllers.
In the 5 minute of this video you can see the operation of the editor with the HTC Vive drivers, with which the developer can work in the same virtual reality environment in which his project takes place. At the moment it is in the experimental phase, so the documentation included in this link must be studied to get it up and running. EditorVR works with HTC Vive, Oculus Touch and Razer Hydra controllers (useful for those who keep their DK2, or who have a CV1 and have not purchased Touch).
