Microsoft he has opened a new website where he reveals a software that would allow us to layout all kinds of scenarios in 3D. They say that it was an internal creation tool of the company, but that the interface and some tools have been polished in the face of the public. The original code turned out to be so simple and versatile that it led development teams to want to put it in the hands of the public.
Marquette it includes a series of tools that will allow us to make use of brushes, shapes, texts, animations and much more. To develop creations in the form of interfaces, showcases, adventures or other things that can be visited and interacted by users. Allowing even export the project to Unity in format .FBX or .GLTF. And integration with other programs such as Visual Basic or One Note. To manipulate the objects that will make up the scenario we will use the motion controls of our VR viewer. Incorporating to the creation of virtual environments the innate 3D perspective of the medium.
It is currently in closed beta. To which we can request access if we are users of WMR, Rift or Live through the official website. They expect to receive feedback to complete the application with new features for the final release. It will be distributed through the official Microsoft store, but have not yet announced date.
