Apple made a lot of hype to present its iPhone 14 and made a lot of emphasis that the cameras of its Pro and Pro Max versions would have no rival in the market. However, now that they are already available, users are experiencing a terrible bug.
You see, the cameras on the iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max include optical sensors, which means that they physically move to focus and zoom. Well, users on social networks are confirming a bug in some models that makes the sensors go crazy when an app that uses the camera is opened, such as Snapchat or Instagram. The sensors move continuously unable to focus, so obviously the camera does not work because it moves all the time. Check some examples:

Apple is already aware of this problem and is already working to fix it. Fortunately, a company spokesperson confirmed to MacRumors that the flaw is a software problem and not a hardware one, indicating that the solution will arrive via update patch and users will not have to physically take their iPhone 14 to an Apple Store to be fixed. According to the company, the patch will be released next week.
Fortunately this seems to be a minor quick-fix problem, but it also raises the question of how many tests manufacturers do so that such a common bug is not found and corrected before a product is released on the market.
