Vive Studios presents a new boxing title, developed by Grab Games, which arrives in early access to Steam and Oculus Home for a price of € 17.99.
Knockout League, which is already available for those who want to try it out before it is finished, is being developed by Grab Games, a studio founded by Konami workers and industry veterans with more than 10 years of experience in creating games. Vive Studios in this case, he is in charge of supporting its creation, thanks to this HTC Vive initiative that already adds its second game after the launch of Arcade Saga. “We are very excited to support great developers at Vive Studios, and partnering with Grab Games for Knockout League, is another step forward in bringing super fun and high-quality experiences to the market,” he commented Joel Breton, director of Vive Studios.
Knockout League is a single player game that has been designed for motion controllers and virtual reality, with an intuitive gameplay that makes us have to use our body to dodge and hit. We will feel the excitement of giving precise blows and moving while we fight face to face with other contenders. Taking inspiration from other classics of the genre, Knockout League offers a colorful cast of characters with classic boxers and fantastic creatures. In the early access version, we will have the opportunity to battle with the first four characters, each with their own fighting style. The title also includes tutorial and training to teach us the strategies through a series of mini-games.
“As big fans of the boxing genre, we have always wanted to create a unique action game, and Vive gives us the perfect platform to carry out our vision.
