There is no doubt that The Last of Us is one of the best games of all time. That’s why, when the world found out that HBO was developing a series based on him, the madness broke out. And today, we can finally take a look at it, as the first official teaser was released.
Through YouTube and social networks, HBO released a video highlighting some of the upcoming series coming to the service. Among them are mentioned Game of Thrones: The House of the Dragon, The Idol, Love and Death, Succession, The White Lotus, And Just Like That, Hacks, The White House Plumbers, Our Flag Means Death, through some very exciting clips. However, the best of all is the end of the video, in which the first official teaser of The Last of Us is seen, where we can finally see Pedro Pascal and Bella Ramsey in their roles of Joel and Ellie, respectively. Although we can only see a few seconds of The Last of Us, we quickly realize that the series will be very faithful to the original game, because both the clothing and the locations feel taken directly from the game. Now, it only remains to wait for a next trailer in which, hopefully, we can see the infected.
The Last of Us will premiere in 2023, exclusively on HBO and HBO Max.
