Wireless ERROR on zyxel nbg460n
If you have problems with your wireless router/access point Zyxel NBG460N, the solution is below. I could not understand I lost connection approx. 1 time per hour, and then it came back. I tried a lot of different things, updated netcard driver, check the connection between the equipment, etc. In the end, it hit me so hard that I embarked on the excluded method. I logged into the router / access point, and stumbled upon this (see picture). The error was in the ”Group Key Update Timer” which is the one that sends a new code out to the computers/printer etc. which is on the wireless network. I think it was 3,600 SEC. and it’s 1 hour, then it changed to 2 hours (7200 SEC.). Oddly enough, I haven’t actually lost the connection since, or I just haven’t noticed J. If it is still a problem you can just set it up further, and then secure your network with mac blocking. Mac blocking locks the computers you have entered in your Zyxel nbg460n router/access point, i.e. the ones you have given permission to access on your wireless / wireless network / internet. However, this also applies to other brands and not only Zyxel.
