Experience in first person the risks of irresponsible driving through the new 360º video published by the Directorate General of Traffic.
The General Directorate of Traffic has created a new awareness campaign about the dangers and consequences of irresponsible driving, in which they have chosen to create a 360º video to offer a greater immersion to the user to put on a virtual reality headset, in order to experience firsthand that the combination of alcohol or distractions at the wheel are not an option. The experience has been produced by the Madrid-based company Gaz VR, in collaboration with Iberdrola’s Innovation department.
You choose it tells three stories that take place around the same group of young people who will be involved in different situations with a tragic end in some of them. In the first we will experience a breathalyzer control, in the second we will check how the mobile can distract us and in the third we will learn the consequences of speeding.
Virtual reality has the ability to raise empathy and make the message impact much more than with a traditional video. The experience can be viewed through YouTube or Vimeo, with a 4-minute 360º flat video.
