View your network activity in Windows 7
Here you have a program that can monitor the activity of your network card, i.e. how much you have downloaded and uploaded. It also shows a Here Now speed, that way you can see how fast you download or send a file if necessary. It is a simple tool that gives you a good indication of the activity on your network card, since Windows 7 does not have that option in the taskbar anymore.
