At the General Level
I have repeatedly tested in my laboratory both the OCULUS GO, OCULUS RIFT and the OCULUS QUEST. These VR devices (Virtual Reality), have comfort characteristics, quality video and audio according to what is expected so far from these equipment. In my personal opinion they could be even lighter.

Important Note:
It can be used with the WiFi turned off (Oculus Quest 2), it does not require internet to use it. But previously the set must have been configured and downloaded the games or movies previously.
EMF Emission
There are no public SAR reviews for this device.
The problem with these devices is that the use of the same implies the direct exposure of the system to the head of the user. This leads to increased close exposure of electric, magnetic and radiofrequency fields. As a CEM researcher I found that an installation of a SPIRO L4 disk was the most convenient option.
Another aspect to highlight is the brightness of the screen of the device, in this case I think that should be taken into account even more in the design of video games and all the visual interface should be considered in terms of degrees kelvin, otherwise you may incur a visual fatigue once used for 25 min or less.
In Device Warnings:
We will read that the team has met the international requirements of the ICNIRP, however the issued values continue to represent a threat to health, and in my electrosensitive case studies there is a clear rejection of many people to VR, even by people who say they are not electrosensitive.
In my laboratory I have been able to effectively neutralize the electrosmog of the device with the implementation of SPIRO material equivalent to an L4 disk.
