Program for making backup of e-mail addresses
Here is a program to export or import your NK2 file, you also have the option to add or delete email addresses. The NK2 file stores all the e-mail addresses you have sent to, but if you need to change or make a backup, you can make these changes with this program. One can also move the entire file from one computer to another, but then you don’t have the option to change the different emails.
1. After downloading the program nk2view and opened it, it looks like this. I have of course removed all my other recipients, but have chosen to show an email I have sent to “info@dk-hostmaster.dk”. I then have the option to delete it from my NK2 file, but can also add a lot of other e-mails. The smart thing about the program is that you can save your list and then add it on another computer, etc.
