Friday, November 6, the company “Mobile TeleSystems” announced that the international rating Agency Standard & Poor’s affirmed its credit rating of the company
the level of “BB”.
At the same time, the rating was removed from CreditWatch with negative implications. The rating Outlook changed from “Positive” to “Stable”.
