The strategy game from Carbon Games is released on Steam with OpenVR support, which makes it possible to play it from any viewer such as HTC Vive and OSVR.
Carbon Games has announced that it is now available AirMech Command, a real-time strategy game with a cooperative campaign that was an Oculus Rift launch title. This new version adds motion controllers that allow you to have a virtual cursor, similar to a mouse, although we can also use a more classic interaction interface. The controllers will allow us to move around the map, move units, zoom or rotate the world. Another of the features that we will be able to perform will be to walk around the stage in room scale.
In AirMech Command we control troops and units in the third person, but we have the possibility to manage them directly. The game has more than 50 mechs to unlock, versus and cooperative mode on any map, and supports Open VR that allows compatibility with HTC Vive and OSVR. AirMech Command is now available on Steam for € 19.99, and you can read our review of the Oculus Rift version.
