Automatically delete unwanted mail in Outlook
Here’s a guide on how your Microsoft Office Outlook automatically deletes your unwanted emails. By default, you have to delete all the emails that are in junk e-mail yourself. Now I have had my e-mail for a very long time, and never had a correct e-mail that had slipped into junk e-mail. Therefore, I have chosen that Outlook itself deletes all the emails that should normally be in unwanted email. Below is a guide on how this is done.
1. Start with is press “Function“at the top of the tabs, then select “Settings”.
2. Now you need to choose “Junk email”
3. Here I have chosen to set it on low, to make sure that no emails I should have had slips in unwanted email and is lost. Now I checked “Delete possible junk mail permanently instead of moving it to the Junk Email folder”. This way I avoid having to delete emails manually in “Junk email”
