Developed materials for microwave electronics new pollenisation Alexandrov
The holding company Ruselectronics of state Corporation rostec, has begun to develop new base materials for the production of printed circuit boards, which can be used in the automotive industry, satellite and
wireless generation 5G, GPS antennas and cable networks.
The use of new materials will allow to reduce the size of printed circuit boards and simultaneously to increase the volume and speed of data transmission.
Promising basic materials are used at frequencies of 30-40 GHz. The development is TSNITI “Tekhnomash” (included in “Roselektronika”), together with “Tekhnotekh” and MOUTH MIREA.
The main components of base materials are used derivatives of benzocyclobutene. This is the first Russian insulation materials for modern electronic devices
the dielectric characteristics of which 10-15% superior to their foreign counterparts.
In Russia there is no production of base materials with the necessary characteristics for microwave circuit boards. The potential capacity of the domestic market of this product in the next 5-10 years could reach 1 billion rubles
year. The project will reduce the dependence of Russian producers from foreign materials and also opens the perspective for export of new products, I believe in “Roselektronika”.
