Digital Design automated workflow processes for “RKS-Energo”| 08.08.2012
Digital Design has completed a project on introduction of system of electronic document circulation on the basis of DocsVision 4.5 for LLC “RKS-Energo”, the major electricity supplier in the territory of Leningrad
region. Mobile access top managers of the company to the EDMS implemented in the product “tablet of the leader”.
The project team is an it integrator has automated the processing of incoming and outgoing correspondence, coordination of contracts, orders and instructions. New EDS, which employs more than 100
users, provided the transparency of document management processes and control the execution of instructions.
“Tablet of the leader” allows the top managers outside the office, to work with data in the SED. This provides a timely opportunity to review the required documents
to coordinate them and to provide employees with appropriate instructions, thereby carrying out continuous process management in the organization. In the “Tablet of the leader” focuses on providing
security: the user can not worry about the confidentiality of the information at the stage of connection to the company infrastructure and also transport and store documents in the memory of the tablet.
“Part of our company consists of 17 branches located in different parts of the Leningrad region, – says Sergey Arkhipov, the it Director “RKS-Energo”. – The amount of information which they
exchange, is constantly growing, as the number of documents circulating within the units. In this regard, the question arose about the change installed earlier SED that does not correspond to the current
requirements to document processes in the company. By comparing different platforms, we made the choice in favor of DocsVision. “Tablet of the leader” – the decision in our case also
necessary. Frequent travel to various branch locations “RKS-Energo” are an integral part of the working lives of our senior managers, who need to constantly monitor the business processes in
organization that supports the area of 65 thousand sq km.”
