Dmitry Milovantseva may be able to participate in the higher “Armada”| 23.09.2008
Monday, September 22, the group of companies “Armada”* announced that this month, formed a new collegial Executive body — the management Board.
This body will carry out management of current activity of the company and “aims to improve the effectiveness of corporate governance, efficiency of decision-making and response
changes in the market environment.”
According to the decision of the Board of Directors, the management Board consisted of: Chairman of the Board, the General Director “Armadas” Alexey Kuzovkin, General Director of the company “Soyuzinform” Maxim Selivanov and
Dmitry Milovantsev. And the last — as an independent party.
We will remind, g-n Milovantsev previously held the post of Deputy Minister of information technologies and communication.
*The group “Armada” includes the companies PM Expert, “Soyuzinform” and ETS (“United trading system”).
