A major reason Musk would be willing to step down as Twitter’s CEO is that his other companies are being severely affected. Since the millionaire acquired the social network, Tesla’s shares have not stopped falling, as they are already worth more than 50% less than before the acquisition. In fact, Musk has even got into public discussions with some investors.
The explanation is very simple: since Musk took control of Twitter there is a feeling of uncertainty floating in the air, a lack of stability that is exacerbated by the impulses and outbursts of the millionaire.
