FCS intends to share information with subcontractors
On Tuesday, September 23, the Federal customs service (FCS) has announced that it is holding a contest to select a performer of experimental design work (OKR) on the theme “Development of unified
information resource of the FTS of Russia with access to the FTS of Russia, FSB of Russia, MVD of Russia, FDCS of Russia and Rosfinmonitoring” (code: “Resource-1”).
According to the competitive documentation, the winner of the auction will create a subsystem for the formation and maintenance of a unified information resource of the FCS with the provision of access officers
individuals of these agencies.
The contractor will be required to prepare a technical assignment for development of the subsystem, its design, and develop software to create, primary
the initialization and subsequent information content of a single information resource, the processing of data from the UAIS FTS, accounting, and logging of accesses to this resource.
In this part of the subsystem should include means of monitoring the state of the resource, its administration, etc. the job is evaluated by the customer in 7 mln.
FCS is accepting applications for participation in this competition to 23 October, and the results of trades plans to bring the 6 November.
