“Galaxy” begins the project of implementation of DIRECTUM at ALIDI group| 18.03.2011
On Friday, March 18, CJSC “Galaktika it,” announced the beginning of the project on introduction of system of electronic document and interaction management in the DIRECTUM of ALIDI group.
Feature of the project is the distributed structure of the warehouse: 2 offices, one of which (the head) is in Saint-Petersburg and the second in Nizhny Novgorod and branches in 20 cities
North-Western and Central regions of Russia. All structural divisions of the company will be working in a single database system DIRECTUM (i.e. the solution will be centralized) with resilient channels
communication between elements of efficiency thanks to the capabilities of the system, including: remote data access.
Automation will be carried out in stages. Currently, work on the first phase of the project is automation of contractual activities of ALIDI.
It is further planned development of the project in different directions. In particular, the specialists of ALIDI group has plans to create a workplace financial leader with functional DIRECTUM
“Management performance indicators”. Also in development plans of the project – integration of DIRECTUM enterprise portal Department.
