“Sinterra” has got a contract and X5 – unique price| 18.03.2010
The company “Sinterra” has announced that its outsourcing call center chosen group X5 Retail Group.
The customer intends to use the call center for the organization of “hot lines” networks “the Crossroads” and “Carousel.”
“Sinterra” has received an order from X5 after the victory in the on-line auction, which became the last stage of the tender, organized by the X5.
Marketing Director at X5 Retail Group Karina Chernikova said that due to the tender trade group received “unique in the market cost of services”, which will reduce the cost of trading network and
