A classic from the 90s that returns thanks to HoloLens technology and the Globacore company that has created this free tribute.
The Canadian company Globacore Interactive Technologies has published in the Microsoft app store, HoloLems, a platform game that makes use of our environment thanks to the HoloLens device, mixed reality. HoloLems, homage to the classic Lemmings game of the 90s, allows us to guide these friendly green-haired companions towards a certain exit, passing through different real obstacles such as our furniture or even our sleeping cat. As in the original game, they will go in a row, one after the other, and may fall over the edge of a real table or similar.
The Lemmings will be able to use ladders or bridges to cross the different obstacles, as well as block the way to the left or right and all this with the possibility of using voice commands to perform the actions. Mixed reality allows us to make the scenarios infinite, since we only have to move to another place or put new objects along the way. More and more companies are publishing applications compatible with HoloLens, although at the moment access to the device is still focused on developers and companies with a commercial license.
