Hotkeys are gold
You sit for hours at your computer, and while your fingers hit the small keys one hand will constantly lash out at the mouse, which is right by your side. This technological aid makes many things much easier when writing emails, surfing the web and handling various documents. Unfortunately, the mouse is also a bit of a pest if you use it too much, and then the name should rightfully be rotten… therefore it is a good idea to start using keyboard instead of mouse for special actions at the computer. Hotkeys are worth gold in my eyes, and I often use the keyboard instead of using the mouse. Here are some hotkeys that I myself have great pleasure from on my Windows pc.
Shift + arrow: mark one letter at a time in fx Word Shift + Ctrl + arrow: mark one word at a time in fx Word Ctrl + A: mark all text on the screen Ctrl + C: Copy selected text Ctrl + X: cut selected text Ctrl + V: paste text that you have copied or cut Ctrl + Z: Undo Ctrl + S: Save
F12: save as
Ctrl + P: Print
