In Bobruisk will cut the carcass with the help of Russian POW Thursday, February 26, the company “Galaxy” has announced that it has begun the next phase of the project of automation of JSC “Bobruisk meat processing plant”.
The Belarusian company cooperates with the Russian “Galaxy” from 2004. To date, by developing a “Galaxy” Bobruisk plant was automated accounting and
payroll, control over the movement of material values, receivables and payables, accounts payable, personnel management, as well as those specific to the industry
processes, such as receiving cattle (live and slaughter weight by categories) and its harvesting.
In the current stage of automation it is planned to establish quality control at all stages of the movement of raw materials, semi-finished products, finished products. “Galaxy” was the task to automate the calculation
production needs in raw materials, spices, auxiliary materials, operational records of incoming raw materials, preparation of meat (carcasses from cutting through to the division by grades), the calculation of the yield of by-products,
maintenance of the formulation, removal of indicators of attrition in the fridge, the flow of raw materials from the fridge in a sausage shop, and many other business processes, including interdepartmental services and the formation of
specialized and statistical reports.
The project is scheduled to run for seven months. The cost is a commercial secret.
