Tele2, an alternative mobile operator, announces that the net subscriber base growth in Russia in July 2011 amounted to 267 000 users. Total subscribers “Tele2
Russia” amounted to 20 million subscribers.
Tele2 continues to actively increase the number of subscribers in all regions of its presence in Russia. Tele2 has earned the reputation of the company, which has the highest growth rate of subscriber
base on the market. For the past 10 months, the company has the second highest number of net connections among all Russian mobile operators. The company acquired two million new
users in less than a year.
