iTunes cd, album problem
If you add a new cd/album to your iTunes and the tracks on the cd are not from the same artist, unfortunately problems can quickly arise. Your iTunes will not read it as one album, but as several different artists, and that way more albums will be created in your iTunes. It is annoying when you have bought an album and of course want the songs to be under it. If you look at the picture below you can see what I mean, here lies the entire album ”10 Years Of Hits“scattered all over the place. In the end, I could not stand to look at it anymore – and found a solution-see below.
1. Start by marking all the songs as belonging to an album, See picture below.
3. Once you’ve marked your songs, right-click on 1 of them, and then click “Show Info”
4. Now comes the picture below, here you need to choose “Choice“in the tabs. Click here “Part of a collection“and choose “Indeed”.
5. If you look at the photo below, you can see that all the songs are collected under one album now. But unfortunately cover / image is missing now.
6. If you want a cover for your album, you can download the photo/cover on the internet and even put it on your album. This is done by right clicking on the album and pressing “Show Info”.
7. Now comes the picture below, here you have to double click “Pictures”. Insert the image you downloaded online and click “OK”
8. As you can see below, we have now collected all the songs into an album and got a picture on.
