Monday, September 15, NGO “Special equipment and communication” the interior Ministry has announced that it is conducting a tender for selection of contractor development work on modernization of the automated
workplaces (AWP) for approval for the issuance of the passport of the departmental segment of the MIA of Russia state system of production, registration and control passport-visa documents
new generation (cipher theme: “Passport 2”).
We will remind, the system of manufacturing, registration and control passport-visa documents of new generation was developed by NII Voskhod on the instructions of the Ministry of communications (at the time of the Ministry). After that
The Ministry of foreign Affairs, the Ministry of internal Affairs, Ministry of defense and others began to create their own, departmental, segments of the system.
According to the tender documentation, “Special equipment and communication” intends to update the application software of arm’s passport and visa system in the Main information-analytical center (MIAC, IBD-f) and
information centers (IC, IBD-R) of the interior Ministry. After the upgrade named arm will have to ensure that approvals for issuance of the passport, and data conversion
from the legacy systems, developed by information centres in IBD-R.
These arm are two (or more) unrelated workstations. One of them can receive and send messages from (in) the territorial divisions of the FMS of Russia.
The second is connected to the LAN Giac or IC and provides the test queries in automated accounting. Information transfer between stations is carried out using a transferable
media.
The customer requires to develop a client application software (ASW) for APM and upgrade of server application software. After performing the task, the PPO must provide a data conversion
format the “new” passport-visa system in formats IBD-f and IBD-d and back, send requests for review to the IBD-f and IBD-R, send the installation data and pictures in AIPS “Identification”,
keep a log of all transactions, etc.
The execution of the assignment “Special equipment and communication” is estimated at 7 million 342 thousand rubles.
The customer accepts applications for participation in the tender till 16 October, and the bidding is going to fail at the end of the month, 30.
