Recently, the Office of Informatization of the city of Moscow has announced that it is conducting two competitions for selection of performers of research and development (R & d) for information
capital.
In one case we are talking about R & d on the topic: “the Establishment of an Integrated management and monitoring of the education system (Xuemo)”. The intent of the customer, a new software solution will be
the extension of the uniform information environment of management of education of the city of Moscow.
This application should provide a “dynamic analysis and trajectory planning of the development of the educational system of the city.” It is planned that the new system will be used for collection, storage and
providing the necessary accounting information about the activities of all levels of the education system of the capital.
In this part Xuemo must consist of three automated information systems: “Information management service and monitoring software and technological environment of education management”,
“Single data store” and “Preschool education”.
For this project the customer is willing to pay no more than 90 million rubles. more detailed information can be found on the official website of public procurement of the city of Moscow.
Another competition announced by the management, involves the performance of tasks on the theme “the Development of city portals of Moscow”. In the course of this project the winner will have to solve a number of problems:
– development of common principles of operation and the exchange of information between the technological services used on the Internet resources of system of city portals (SGP) of Moscow;
– the creation of a unified technology platform, providing integrated technological services;
– development of common technology services;
– optimization of information interaction within the framework of Internet resources SGP;
– the creation of specialized thematic and sectoral portals.

The budget for this project is 150 million rubles (detailed information is available on the website

Reception of applications for participation in both competitions is terminated on 7 October. But to summarize, the customer is going in ten days.
