I am waiting for my oculus 2 and I am very interested in using the Desktop Virtual application. I would like to know what are the minimum requirements to make use of the app, simply to stream my pc, not the requirements to be able to play steam vr or similar, just see my screen and be able to watch a movie for example.
My laptop has the following features;
CPU: i7 6500u
GPU: GTX 950M (2gb DDR5)
RAM: 8gb

I think that minimum is a 970gtx and you would be too short for the casi4k.
Strip quest software. The virtual desktop program itself is not what it asks for, but pc games will go quite badly
What movies are you can watch with quest software.
I think there is a program that tests you on the pc and tells you if something does not meet the requirements.
For pcvr apart from a powerful graphics card, games are installed on SSD disk. And you need to buy a router if you do not have one at least wifi5 that is not the typical one you get. Which can be your pc with a 1m network cable connected to the router and this router connected to the home router.
