Here is a guide on how you can easily and quickly help others with their computer problems from home. Teamviewer as the program is called is free for private use and is great for remote support over the internet. With Teamviewer you can help friends, family, etc. with their computer problems. It’s so easy that even ælder people can figure it out, they just have to give up an ID and is password. Teamviewer works so that once you have connected to the computer on the other end, you can see the screen and control the mouse and keyboard. You also have the option to send files between your and the other pc.
1. Start by going to DLC’s Team Viewer page, here click “Download Team Viewer”.
2. Now you just have to thicken “drive”
3. Pressurize “Drive” again.
4. Now you need to choose the one that is called “Start“and press next.
5. Put a check mark in you accept the license agreement.
6. Now comes the picture below. That which is rammed in with “red“is your ID and what others need to take over your computer remote. It “green“field is where you need to type the ID and password that the computer has you need to remotely control.
7. As you can see below, I have entered an ID for the computer that I am going to take over over the internet. Click “connect to partner”
8. Now it comes and ask for password, you must of course have informed by the person on the other end. Click “Sign in“after you enter code.
9. Now I have taken over the computer at the other end, and have the opportunity to make changes over the internet even though I am a completely different place.
