information system to support the services of medical insurance. IT has a modular structure and is deployed on the platform Microsoft.Net. It supports the processes of collection and processing
data about the medical insurance policies of obligatory medical insurance (OMS) and the medical services that are insured under MHI citizens receive more than 250 medical institutions
Moscow and the Moscow region.
Before the start of the project in “ROSNO-MS” business processes linking the insurance company, medical institutions and government regulatory organizations were automated only partially. Download
data verification and report preparation was performed in different it systems and in most cases, these operations were carried out in semi-automatic mode.
Currently the specialists of “Asteros” tehnicheskoe provide solution support. In future we plan to replicate the system in all regions of “ROSNO-MS”.
