Rostransnadzor considered another software module
On Tuesday, December 23, the company “TransTeleCom” (TTK) has announced that its division – “TTC-Business” – completed development of another unit of the Unified information-analytical system (UIAS).
This system is created by order of the Federal service on supervision in transport sphere (Rostransnadzor) and the Federal target program “Development of transport system of Russia 2010-2015”. At
the same programme in the Ministry of transport of Russia should be constructed in turn, the automatic control system of the transport complex (ACS TC).
TTK develops modules of the system. In particular, the company has previously provided to the customer units “Transport control”, “Weight control” and the module “Certification” and “Licensing.”
The first is designed for monitoring specialists, rescuers, and the second for the licensing of passenger transportation.
At the end of this year, the division of “TTC-Business” presented to the customer the software package “Licensing of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs engaged in passenger car
carriage and control (supervision) over the fulfillment of their license requirements and conditions.” This complex is developed in the framework of creating UIAS rostransnadzora and should be one of the modules
functional subsystem “Licensing.”
Scientific and technical Council of Rostransnadzor reacted favorably to the work of the TTC and took the decision to organize in the first quarter of 2009, a pilot area for experimental
operation of the program.
