Compare fuel prices online

Its market transparency unit for fuels has been collecting the current prices at petrol stations nationwide since the end of 2013 and is currently passing them on to almost 50 information service providers, who then bring the price data to the consumer.

Almost all services also offer apps. By itself, the installation of an application seems almost oversized for the task at hand. Even worse: You usually get annoying ads and many trackers on your smartphone with a tank app.

There are websites such as the tidy ” Ich-tanke.de ” maybe the better alternative. Stored as a bookmark in the smartphone browser, such a page is in no way inferior to an app in terms of functionality.

In addition to the obligatory petrol station and price search, there is no lack of a map or a practical forecast function. The latter indicates when fuel prices in the region are expected to be the lowest.
