Send Word document directly with email
Here is a guide that shows you how you can send a Microsoft Office Word document directly as mail, and not as an attached letter as it usually is. By default in Word, you can not send your document directly, but only as an attachment. This guide shows you how to easily add this, and it works for both Office 2007 and 2010.
1. Open Word and click on the arrow, as shown in the picture below.
2. Select “More commands”
3. Click the arrow and select “All commands”
4. Pull down the side until you find “Send to mail recipient“, then select “Add“and press “OK”
5. As you can see in the image below, you’ve now got a letter up in your toolbar. If you click on it when you have a document open in Word, you will have the ability to send an email directly through Word. I don’t know if your Outlook should be started, it was mine when I made this guide.
