“Sinterra” has topped 75 thousand km on Monday, August 3, the company “Sinterra” has announced that its North-Western subsidiary firm PeterStar has completed the construction of four main fiber-optic communication lines
(FOL).
According to the company, in the first half of this year, PeterStar has built more than 500 km of fiber optic lines in the directions of Vologda – Cherepovets – Priozersk Lahdenpohja – Sortavala, Olonets – Petrozavodsk and
Sestroretsk – Beloostrov – Zelenogorsk – Krasnoyarsk. For their creation the operator has spent approximately 223 mln.
As noted, “Sinterra”, with the creation of named lines the total length of its backbone network in the North-Western Federal district amounted to more than 11 thousand 500 km, and the total length
the backbone network of the Group exceeded 75 thousand.
