The Tarsier puzzle solving game will have cooperative challenges between user with viewer and user with mobile / tablet. Statik arrives on April 24 and we can see a new trailer.

Tarsier Studios he has announced that his imminent puzzle title, Statik, you will have multiplayer, specifically local co-op in which two people, one in virtual reality with gamepad and the other with a tablet or mobile in the real world, they will have to work together to solve the challenges that arise and that may be a modification of the single-player mode. Both will have different parts of the same puzzle and when one player interacts with his device, it will cause reactions in the other player’s and vice versa. So talking and collaborating will be something necessary.

It seems that this modality of combining virtual reality with other devices is gaining strength, because The Persistence is another of the titles that will also have a way in which a person with a mobile phone can be part of the game and help us. Other titles such as Dirt Rally or The Playroom VR make use of the social screen to offer cooperative through another gamepad, but all of them omit this mode via online.

In Statik we take the role of a test subject who is challenged to solve a series of puzzles that are on devices mounted in our hands, and for this we will use the positioning of the gamepad. The game can be pre-ordered now for € 19.99 or € 15.99 if we have Plus and it will be available next week, on April 24th.
