unified communications system.
According to the competitive documentation, the winner will have to provide the customer 11 servers of various types. At the same time on one server, you must install subsystem FOR automation
handling calls, another two device subsystem call processing subsystem and the mobility of users.
On other devices the contractor shall install subsystems for processing voice messages, presence monitoring users, organise media meetings, processing Fax
messages, automatic call transfer, speech recognition and speech synthesis, and subsystem records. Opportunities listed apps should be available approx 240
employees of the HIF.
The customer is included in the package also 246 telephones, four conference stations and 96 Webcams. Supply of hardware and software unified
communications HIF is estimated at 20 million rubles.
