The Hum launches its Kickstarter campaign

Aliens are looking for funding on Kickstarter to invade Earth. The Hum, a game that has caught our attention a lot because of the concept and the latest trailers, is a horror game that places the player in the middle of an alien invasion of our planet, or rather, right after it. Our goal could not be any other: to survive at all costs.

The Hum is being developed on Unreal Engine 4, and it is an experience designed for virtual reality, although we can also play it on a conventional monitor. Their authors intend to do something different, something that moves away from the typical scary games that only seek to make us hit a boat out of the chair, as well as the shooters that plague the shelves of stores. The campaign aims to raise enough money so that the 5 developers can dedicate themselves full time to the project, and if they raise enough money they will look for more ambitious goals such as support for Project Morpheus.

We have until September to support the campaign, which seeks to raise $250,000 NZD. The most basic pack costs $25 NZD (about €15) and the game is expected to be finished in December 2015.
