Recently, the Ministry of communications and mass communications (Minsvyaz) has summarized the results of the competition (in the form of auction) that is associated with the development of the state system of manufacturing, registration and control
passport and visa documents of new generation (GS PSDNP).
We will remind, this contest consisted of two lots. Tasks include the creation of dispatch and call center PSDNP.
The winner for lot No. 1 shall carry out the work for supply, installation and commissioning of software and hardware is named a new “component” system (the cost of the project was defined in 6
million 100 thousand rubles). The second item dealt with the supply, installation and commissioning of equipment, access nodes, and the connection of departmental segments to a single
telecommunications infrastructure PSDNP (211 million 250 thousand rubles.).
On approval of the competition Commission, the performance of work on the first lot, no one was interested, and the auction was recognized invalid.
To perform the task in the second lot and wished the two companies — “Rostelecom” and “Sinterra”. However, the first of these operators to tender was not allowed. As a result, the Commission recognized the competition
frustrated and decided to sign with “Interroll” contract for 211 million 250 thousand rubles.
