A few hours ago, the Department of Science Dissemination of the Autonomous University of Mexico congratulated Ash Ketchum for his triumph in the most recent chapter of the Pokémon anime. Of course, the department took the opportunity to link the cartoon with its ideals, so it made an interesting infographic about some Pokémon that are based on real-life animals.
As you may have already known, Satoshi Tajiri, the creator of Pokémon, loved collecting insects as a child, and that’s where his idea of creating a game in which you could collect monsters and carry them in your pocket was born.
