Carbon Studio has announced the release date for The Wizards, their next game which will be available in early access this summer, and they have also released the first trailer with gameplay that we can see below. The Wizards turns us into a young magician from Meliora, a small, but prosperous kingdom full of magic. Using the motion controllers of HTC Vive and Oculus Rift, we will put an end to the army of orcs that threatens the lands.
The game, developed with Unreal Engine, has a story mode that will make us travel back in time and live epic battles, performing magic through gestures with the motion controllers, improving our skill tree, and with the addition of destiny cards that will modify the experience to add greater replayability.
The creators of Alice VR, will launch The Wizards from June in early access on Steam, with compatibility for Rift and Vive.
