The expansion of the vegetarian-vegan offer is an essential component of the sustainability concept of the Studierendenwerk, it said. The Studierendwerk is also expanding the proportion of vegetarian or vegan dishes in its other 13 canteens, 22 cafés and café shops, two pizzerias and on the Campus Food Truck with up to 20,000 guests a day, and thus wants to contribute to climate protection and a healthy diet for students and university members.
