Pixel Ripped is a tribute to the games of the 80s in virtual reality whose origin goes back to the stage of the Rift devkits, when Ana Ribeiro, who is now part of Arvore, launched the Pixel Rift demo, in addition to a failed Kickstarter. Several years later, and thanks to the help of the Brazilian company, the title will finally reach our viewers.
Set in the era of 8-bit portable consoles, the title follows the story of Dot, a game character who witnesses how the villain Cyblind Lord is able to escape from his world to ours. Taking the role of student Nicola, our goal will be to help Dot save both realities while preventing teachers from noticing our games in the classroom.
