After the Undead war, our goal will be to escape from a Tower in which we are confined and claim the throne that belongs to us.

UPGRADE:

Daily Magic has announced a three-week delay for Witching Tower VR, that will finally come the 25 october to Steam, Oculus Store and Viveport.

According to the developers, the main reason is related to the performance of the game, because they want to optimize it to offer a totally comfortable experience:

“It’s a difficult decision, but we think it’s the only right one. Our purpose is to make a game that is easy to play and that we can be proud of. Practically all the content is ready, but we still have work related to optimization. We want players to enjoy a stable rate of 90 fps, ” they explain.

ORIGINAL NEWS (06/09/2018):

Daily Magic Productions last details for the release of Witching Tower VR, your first virtual reality game to come on October 4 to Rift and Live. The game is a first-person action adventure that takes place in a dark fantasy world, being our job to overcome each of the levels of a Tower (with its own story and peculiarities) in which we are confined, for which we will have to solve puzzles and eliminate the different enemies that cross our path.

The story of the game is as follows:

“It’s been 6 years since the undead war ended. During this time period, the Tower has been strengthened by the fear and pain that masked the realm. Nightmares beyond the imagination of mortals plagued the earth. The deities, which we have yet to discover, have chosen us to survive, but why? Our name is Anna and we have secrets that can be the key to drastically changing the future, for better or for worse.”

The combat system allows us to use different types of weapons such as swords, shields and bows with which to attack and defend ourselves against skeletons, bats and more types of enemies. In addition to physical combat, there are a number of abilities available, such as mind control for them to fight for us, magic vision to see what is hidden at first sight, and the magic lasso to throw at our enemies.

Witching Tower VR is coming to Steam in English and will offer between 5 and 6 hours of duration. The team plans to release the game on PSVR as well, although there is no scheduled date for this at the moment.
