the Naumen company, which is the supplier of the product. The system is built and became the prototype of Central management services for telecommunication companies, and later open on the basis of “CompuLink
Service.”
Today, the services of the new center “CompuLink Service” maintenance of communication facilities operators include daily processing of data on the condition of the equipment is coming from multiple systems
monitoring. Based on crash data generated tasks (orders) for service engineers, including engineers contractors. The system has a current database of network equipment
(CMDB), daily data is updated on the status of equipment and check the thousands of service calls. Based on information about incidents and routine maintenance plans are formed
outfits for service engineers. To monitor the execution of works shall apply the automatic notification of responsible persons about the threat of violation of terms.
